Do Not Track & Your Privacy Choices

Do Not Track (DNT)

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting to signal that you do not want your online activity tracked. There is currently no industry standard for responding to DNT signals. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not alter our practices when we receive a DNT signal. However, we do recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a valid request to opt out of targeted advertising and the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information where required by law.

Your California Privacy Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request deletion of your personal information (subject to certain exceptions).
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Targaera does not sell your personal information for money. However, California law may treat certain disclosures (such as sharing with advertising or analytics providers) as a "sale" or "sharing." Upon request, we will stop sharing your personal information in ways considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law.
