Return & Refund Policy

Every Targaera product is produced specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. Instead, every order is protected by our Damaged/Defective Goods Guarantee: if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.

Damaged/Defective Goods Guarantee

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or otherwise defective, contact us at info@targaera.com within 7 days of the delivery date with:

  • Your order number;
  • Clear, well-lit photos of the issue (in .jpeg or .png format), including the affected area of the product and the packaging it arrived in.

Photos should be taken promptly upon receipt and before the item is worn or washed. Once we review and confirm the issue, we will, at your choice:

  • Send a free replacement of the same item at no cost to you; or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

You will never pay return shipping for a confirmed misprinted, damaged, or defective item, and in most cases you will not need to send the item back. Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery, or without photos, may be declined.

Wrong Size Ordered

Items cannot be returned or refunded if the wrong size was ordered. Each product is made to order based on the size you select at checkout, so please review the size guide on every product page carefully before purchasing.

That said, we want you to love your Targaera gear. If you ordered the wrong size, contact us at info@targaera.com and we will send you a one-time courtesy discount code so you can reorder the correct size at a reduced price. This courtesy is limited to one use per customer.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because production begins quickly, we can only change or cancel an order within 24 hours of it being placed. If you believe you made a mistake with your order, contact us immediately at info@targaera.com.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows your package as lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement where appropriate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, or for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

EU / UK Customers

Because our products are made to order to your specification, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may not apply under applicable EU/UK consumer law exemptions for goods made to the consumer's specification. This policy does not limit any statutory rights that cannot be excluded, including remedies for faulty goods.

Policy Abuse

We monitor claims to identify potential misuse of this policy. Customers with excessive or suspicious claims may be flagged for review, and we may limit or revoke guarantee privileges in cases of abuse. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
