Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of products from Targaera, operated by Targaera. By placing an order on www.targaera.com, you accept these Terms of Sale in full, together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

1. Orders

When you place an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Your order is an offer to purchase; it is not accepted until we process your payment and ship the product(s). An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. We may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any reason — including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud — and we may require additional verification before accepting any order. If we decline or cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

2. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change at any time without notice. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced; if an item's correct price is higher than the stated price, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout where required. Shipping fees are additional and shown at checkout.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure methods). By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

3. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or a refund. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Delivery, Title, and Risk of Loss

Shipping times and costs vary by destination and shipping method; see our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and do not include processing or customs delays. Title to, and risk of loss of, products passes to you when we deliver the product(s) to the carrier.

5. International Orders — Customs and Duties

Any customs charges, import duties, or taxes are levied once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, cannot predict their amount, and do not offer compensation to cover them. Please contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.

6. Returns and Withdrawal

Every Targaera product is made to order. We do not accept general returns or exchanges, including for wrong sizes ordered. Misprinted, damaged, or defective items are covered by our Damaged/Defective Goods Guarantee — see our Return & Refund Policy. For consumers in the EU/UK, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification; statutory remedies for faulty goods are unaffected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Targaera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including statutory consumer guarantees.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes are effective when posted on the Site and apply to orders placed after posting.
